Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before using our website or placing an order.

Welcome to Generator Pros

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Generator Pros online store. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the store.

You must not attempt to misuse the website, interfere with its functionality, submit fraudulent orders, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

2. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, display settings and other factors may cause minor differences between website images and actual products.

Please review product specifications and compatibility information carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product, contact us before placing your order.

If we discover a material error in a product listing, price, or availability, we will take appropriate steps to address it in accordance with applicable law.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are submitting a purchase request. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

Orders may need to be reviewed for payment verification, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, we will take appropriate steps to notify you and arrange any refund due.

Please make sure your contact and shipping information is accurate when submitting an order.

4. Prices and Payments

Product prices and applicable charges are displayed during the shopping and checkout process. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be handled as shown during checkout and as required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Our estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to destination, carrier operations, weather, order processing, and other circumstances.

Please review our Shipping Policy for more information.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the applicable return policy, the condition of the item, and applicable law.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return and the circumstances of the order. Please contact our support team and wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

7. Product Safety

Generators and related equipment must be installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and safety requirements.

Never operate a fuel-powered generator indoors, in a home, garage, or other enclosed or partially enclosed space. Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide, a poisonous gas. Use generators outdoors and far away from doors, windows, and vents, following the manufacturer's instructions and official safety guidance.

Check product specifications and operating instructions before use. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified professional if you need technical or installation guidance.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, design elements, graphics, logos, and other content may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Product names, trademarks, and brand assets belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use third-party services or link to external websites. Those services and websites may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control external websites and encourage you to review their terms before using them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Generator Pros is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of products, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot be waived.

11. Privacy

Your use of our store is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate. Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are subject to applicable laws. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions will be applied only to the extent legally valid and enforceable.
