Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact us first so we can confirm whether your item is eligible and explain the next steps.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item should be in the condition you received it, with its original packaging and included accessories. Please do not ship an item back until our team has provided return instructions.

How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. We may ask for photos depending on the situation.

Return shipping
Return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will review the situation. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will confirm any costs with you before you send the item back.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider or bank.
